Appointments and Cancellations

All appointments must be scheduled in advance to ensure availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend (no-shows), may incur a cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding as this allows us to manage our therapists' time effectively and offer the slot to another client.

Your Responsibility

Your well-being is our top priority. To ensure a safe and effective massage, please inform your therapist of any existing medical conditions, injuries, or allergies before the session begins. Our therapists reserve the right to modify or refuse a massage if they believe it may compromise your safety or health. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any inappropriate or sexual behaviour. Any such conduct will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund. Confidentiality is assured for all client information and discussions.

On-Site Responsibilities for Home Massage Sessions

For home massage sessions, clients are responsible for providing a safe, clean, and quiet environment with a comfortable temperature. While our therapists bring all necessary equipment, we rely on you to ensure the designated area is free of clutter and conducive to a professional setting. Please secure any pets in a separate room to avoid interruptions during the massage. Your cooperation ensures a relaxing and uninterrupted experience.
